Gunther Werks carbon fiber parts are produced using a state-of-the-art aerospace autoclave system. This provides unsurpassed rigidity, strength and finish to our aerodynamic components. We distinguish ourselves by utilizing a resin pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber material that results in a 20% - 30% stiffer and stronger product than an equivalent wet-lay up product.

This technique drastically reduces rejection rates, significantly improving delivery times. Gunther Werks uses a combination of unidirectional, 1x1, and 2x2 weave carbon fiber to keep the weight to a minimum while providing optimum strength and rigidity. The vacuum-formed technology used in our aerodynamic parts draw out excess resin which ultimately draws out excess weight without decreasing structural rigidity.

This process provides a much tighter control over the fit and finish giving you the piece of mind that the part will perfectly match the factory shut lines and contours.

Vorsteiner Technology

Not “Good Enough.” Engineered to Lead.

At Vorsteiner, “good enough” isn’t part of our vocabulary. Every aerodynamic component is engineered to push boundaries-not follow them. Using a state-of-the-art aerospace-grade autoclave process, our carbon fiber parts deliver exceptional rigidity, structural integrity, and surface finish.

The result? Aerodynamics that don’t just look advanced-they are advanced.

OEM Fitment

Factory Precision. Elevated Design.

Our proprietary manufacturing process allows for exceptional control over tolerances, fit, and finish. Each Vorsteiner component is engineered to align precisely with factory shut lines and body contours—delivering an installation experience that feels OEM, but looks unmistakably premium.

This isn’t “close enough” aftermarket fitment. This is carbon fiber that installs cleanly, fits perfectly, and elevates the vehicle’s design language.

Stronger and Lighter

Less weight. More strength. Zero compromise.

Vorsteiner components are manufactured using resin pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber—technology reserved for high-performance aerospace and motorsports applications. Compared to traditional wet-lay carbon fiber, this process produces parts that are 20–30% stiffer and stronger while eliminating unnecessary weight.

By vacuum-drawing excess resin during curing, we remove what doesn’t contribute to strength—resulting in lighter components without sacrificing rigidity or durability.
