Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Affirm.

Do you offer monthly payment options?

Yes. Monthly payments are available through Affirm and Shop Pay Installments. You can review example payments on the product page, as on the V-FF 101, or apply at checkout. Checking eligibility will not affect your credit. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required.

Can I visit the Huntington Beach showroom?

Yes. Vorsteiner is located at 15731 Graham Street, Huntington Beach, CA 92649.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM. Saturday visits are by appointment. We are closed Sunday. The showroom is for consultations and viewing. Contact us to schedule a visit.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship from the U.S.?

Yes. Orders ship from our Huntington Beach, California headquarters via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. A signature is required on delivery.

We ship within the United States. For international orders, contact us before you check out.

How long does shipping take?

Wheels typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 2–5 business days. Aero products typically ship within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking email once the order ships.

Shipping fees shown at checkout are quotes and may change slightly based on the carrier. Free shipping may be offered on complete wheel sets.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective or damaged products only. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

We do not accept returns for non-defective items, including a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, or for hazardous goods or gift cards.

Customers pay return shipping unless the product is defective. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. See our refund policy for the full process.

What if I receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item?

Note the issue on the carrier delivery receipt, then email orders@vorsteiner.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of both the packaging and the product.

We will confirm eligibility and send a return authorization before you ship anything back. Ship only approved items to Vorsteiner, 15731 Graham Street, Huntington Beach, CA 92649. After inspection, approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Installation

Can I install Vorsteiner parts myself?

Professional installation is strongly recommended. Vorsteiner aero is a precision system that interfaces with factory mounting points, torque specs, and alignment tolerances. A qualified performance shop ensures proper fitment and long-term reliability.

Vorsteiner is not responsible for damage that occurs during installation.

Can parts be installed at Huntington Beach?

Yes. Vorsteiner offers installation services at our Huntington Beach headquarters. Call 1-800-601-7615 or email orders@vorsteiner.com to schedule.

Are modifications required?

Vorsteiner components are engineered to align with factory shut lines, body contours, and mounting points. A shop may still make minor adjustments as part of professional installation and bodywork.

If you plan to paint a part, test-fit it on the vehicle before paint.

Can the parts be removed later?

Yes. Wheels and aero can be removed later. Vorsteiner aero is designed to be 100% reversible, using factory fitment points for OEM+ styling, so the vehicle can be returned to stock.

Vorsteiner components are manufactured using resin pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber—technology reserved for high-performance aerospace and motorsports applications. Compared to traditional wet-lay carbon fiber, this process produces parts that are 20–30% stiffer and stronger while eliminating unnecessary weight.

By vacuum-drawing excess resin during curing, we remove what doesn’t contribute to strength—resulting in lighter components without sacrificing rigidity or durability.
