eBay Specialist

We are looking to add the most qualified candidate to our team to help our company grow in this booming e-commerce market. We would like someone who can manage our eBay accounts and handle customer service.

eBay Specialist will be responsible for implementing, executing, and managing storefront initiatives in eBay to optimize product listings, increase product page views, and drive incremental revenue. Additionally, this Specialist will assist with photo shoot, marketplace compliance, listing quality, and customer services.

In this position, your job duties shall include but not limited to:

· Market products on the eBay site, using well-established selling procedures and techniques

· Photo shoot items for listing

· Write the product description and create the eBay listings for carbon fiber and wheel related products

· Conducting market research for listed products

· Manage pricing of online inventory to stay competitive across multiple marketplaces

· Work with fulfillment and warehouse personnel to ship products to the customer and provide delivery timelines.

· Respond to customers’ inquiries regarding products, and shipment, ensuring that the right type and amount of information is forwarded.

· Provide customers with information on shipment amounts, in addition to the cost of products.

· Look through online and physical inventory to determine the availability of products.

· Respond to customers’ complaints regarding service and product quality, aiming to attempt their issues.

· Oversee the inventory to ensure product availability and assess stock situations.

· Handle returns and exchanges in sync with the guidelines provided by the company.

· Enters orders and check inventory to ensure requested product price & availability

· Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

· Providing feedback from customer service

· Respond to all warranty/fitment/logistic issues

Required Qualifications:

· 1+ years of experience on eBay

· 1+ years of experience on auto parts

· 1+ years of experience with customer service

· Automotive knowledge of how to do product research on internet

· Knowledge of how to do pricing research / product valuation on eBay

· Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook is required

· Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy

· Excellent written and communication, customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

· Good understanding of business ethics

· Experience with NetSuite and online invoice systems is a plus

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Vorsteiner clients through regular communication, meetings, and networking events
  • Provide exceptional customer support by resolving client queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Work with clients to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Monitor client satisfaction by conducting regular surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate actions to address them
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones
  • -Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage budgets for client relations activities, including events, promotional materials, and customer support initiatives
  • Liaise with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure consistent and effective support across all touchpoints
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status of client relations activities, including key metrics and achievements.
  • Manage and grow dedicated wholesale accounts though business development .
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with relevant key players of your account
  • Visit and Travel and attend events/functions that pertains to their market/account. IE (Regional Car shows, dealer open houses, Rallies, account dinners)
  • Supply each wholesale account with the necessary marketing material. (Demo products, displays, catalogs, etc.


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a passion for luxury and sports cars
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software and best practices
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • Must actively keep up with all market knowledge (competitor price, products, sales, vehicle applications, different sales channels)
  • Previous wholesale experience preferred
  • Able to execute marketing campaigns and sales activations

Digital Marketing Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

o    Own online presence for Vorsteiner/Vorsteiner Off-Road online communications through, but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, online forums, Facebook Group postings, web inquires, etc

o    Schedule and program content on all relative online marketing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, forums, online blogs, etc)

o   Support marketing team with ideation of emerging trends, creators, and content styles

o   Ensure daily cadence with consistent follow up on consumer engagement

o    Schedule social media calendar in alignment with sales goals and objectives

o    Be the liaison for sales inquiries through Facebook group, forums & our own social media pages (Facebook & Instagram) by engaging and communicating in a timely manner 

o    Daily Brand Awareness – Responding to board comments, engaging in board topics (could be directly or unrelated to Vorsteiner) 

o    Update VP of Sales/Director of Marketing on current market trends within each vehicle application (emerging platforms, consumer preferences, etc.)



o    2-3 years experience managing lifestyle/automotive/dealer social media channels

o    Proficient in copywriting and content creation 

o    Understanding of the automotive and aftermarket parts industry

o    Excellent ability to manage multiple digital brand handles

o    Connection to existing automotive influencers a bonus

o    Up-to-date insight on current social media platforms through a professional capacity

o    Experience programming a robust and sales oriented social media calendar 

o    Innate ability to communicate effectively through digital mediums

o   In-depth knowledge of forum/social media/digital communications styles and user behaviour
