General Shipping Information

We ship all orders from our California headquarters via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

Shipping fees shown at checkout are quotes only and may vary slightly based on carrier adjustments at the time of shipment.

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.
Any damage or incorrect items must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise at orders@vorsteiner.com.

Failure to do so may result in denial of any shipping damage claim.

All authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Note the issue on the carrier delivery receipt.
  2. Email orders@vorsteiner.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
  3. We will assist you with claim and replacement options.

Restocking & Returns

Vorsteiner components are manufactured using resin pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber—technology reserved for high-performance aerospace and motorsports applications. Compared to traditional wet-lay carbon fiber, this process produces parts that are 20–30% stiffer and stronger while eliminating unnecessary weight.

By vacuum-drawing excess resin during curing, we remove what doesn’t contribute to strength—resulting in lighter components without sacrificing rigidity or durability.
