Vorsteiner products are engineered and manufactured to meet strict quality and performance standards. When purchased through an Authorized Vorsteiner Dealer or Distributor and installed properly, eligible Vorsteiner products are covered by the following warranty terms.
With proper care, professional installation, and reasonable use on public roads and highways, eligible Vorsteiner wheels include a Lifetime Structural Warranty* against manufacturer defects affecting the structural integrity of the wheel.
Eligible wheels also include a 2-Year Cosmetic Warranty* covering defects in the original factory-applied painted finish.
Products that have been refinished, powder-coated, repainted, repaired, modified, or otherwise altered after delivery are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Warranty claims are limited strictly to product repair or replacement at Vorsteiner’s sole discretion. Warranty coverage does not include:
- Labor charges
- Mounting or balancing fees
- Installation or removal costs
- Shipping or transportation costs
- Loss of use, rental fees, or incidental or consequential damages
Carbon Fiber Warranty Coverage
Vorsteiner carbon fiber aerodynamic components are manufactured using advanced composite materials and precision production processes to ensure high strength, durability, and premium surface finish.
Eligible Vorsteiner carbon fiber products include:
- 5-Year Structural Warranty covering manufacturer defects affecting the structural integrity of the carbon fiber component.
- 5-Year Finish Warranty covering defects in the original exposed carbon fiber finish or factory clear coat, including premature peeling, cracking, or delamination under normal use.
This warranty applies only when carbon fiber products are properly installed, maintained, and used under normal driving conditions on public roads and highways.
Products that have been repainted, refinished, wrapped, clear-coated, modified, repaired, or structurally altered after delivery are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Carbon fiber components are designed primarily for aesthetic and aerodynamic purposes and are not intended to withstand significant impact forces or extreme environmental abuse.
Damage resulting from the following is not covered under warranty:
- Road debris or impact damage
- Racing or track use
- Improper installation
- Accidents or collisions
- Environmental exposure or neglect
Carbon fiber may exhibit minor natural variations in weave pattern or finish, which are inherent characteristics of composite materials and not considered manufacturing defects.
Warranty claims are limited strictly to product repair or replacement at Vorsteiner’s discretion.
Authorized Purchase Requirement
Warranty coverage applies only to authentic Vorsteiner products purchased new through an Authorized Vorsteiner Dealer or Distributor.
Products purchased through unauthorized resellers, private sellers, auction platforms, third-party marketplaces, or second-hand transactions are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Vorsteiner reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product, dealer, and purchase documentation before approving any warranty claim.
Products that cannot be verified as authentic Vorsteiner products may be denied warranty consideration.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, the following requirements must be met:

Proof of Purchase
A valid, dated proof of purchase from an Authorized Vorsteiner Dealer or Distributor must be provided. Acceptable documentation includes a sales invoice, purchase receipt, or dealer-issued order confirmation that clearly identifies the product purchased. -
Dealer Claim Submission
Warranty claims must be initiated through the original authorized dealer or distributor where the product was purchased. -
Professional Installation
Installation must have been completed by an Authorized Vorsteiner Dealer or qualified professional installer. -
Original Purchaser Requirement
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Vorsteiner may request photographs, installation documentation, or return of the product for inspection before approving a warranty claim.
Warranty Limitations
Products that show signs of the following conditions are not eligible for warranty consideration:
- Misuse or improper handling
- Impact damage (potholes, curbs, road debris, collisions)
- Racing, track use, or motorsport activity
- Off-road abuse or use outside intended application
- Improper installation or fitment errors
- Alterations or modifications to the product
*Certain Flow Forged models — including VFX, VFF, and Off-Road series wheels — are not covered under the Lifetime Structural Warranty.
Wheels purchased during promotional events (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or seasonal sales) may carry modified or limited warranty terms. Please refer to the warranty information presented at the time of purchase for details.
