Warranty Policy

WARRANTY COVERAGE

With proper care, professional installation, and reasonable use on public roads and highways, eligible Vorsteiner wheels include a Lifetime Structural Warranty* against manufacturer defects. Eligible wheels also include a 2-Year Cosmetic Warranty* on the original factory-painted finish.

Products that have been refinished, powder-coated, repainted, or otherwise altered are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Warranty claims are limited strictly to product repair or replacement at Vorsteiner’s discretion. Warranty coverage does not include:

- Labor charges

- Mounting or balancing fees

- Shipping or transportation costs

- Loss of use, rental fees, or incidental damages

WARRANTY CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Provide a dated proof of purchase.

2. Claims must be initiated through the original dealer or distributor where the wheels were purchased and installed.

3. Installation must have been completed by an Authorized Vorsteiner Dealer.

4. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Wheels that show signs of misuse, impact damage, racing/track use, off-road abuse, or installation errors are not eligible for warranty consideration.

*Certain Flow Forged models — including VFX, VFF, and Off-Road series wheels — are not covered under the Lifetime Structural Warranty. Wheels purchased during promotional events (including Black Friday / Cyber Monday and seasonal sales) may also carry modified or limited warranty terms. Please refer to the warranty details presented at the time of purchase.
