With proper care, professional installation, and reasonable use on public roads and highways, eligible Vorsteiner wheels and carbon fiber aero components include limited warranty coverage against manufacturer defects.*

WHEEL WARRANTY

Eligible Vorsteiner wheels may include a Lifetime Structural Warranty or limited-term structural coverage depending on product line and series designation.

Eligible wheels also include a 2-Year Cosmetic Warranty* covering defects in the original factory-painted finish.

CARBON FIBER AERO WARRANTY

Eligible Vorsteiner carbon fiber aero components include a 5-Year Structural and Finish Warranty against manufacturer defects under normal use on public roads and highways.

The warranty covers qualifying defects in the structural integrity and original factory finish of the carbon fiber component.

Products that have been modified, refinished, repainted, repaired by an unauthorized party, or otherwise altered are not eligible for warranty coverage.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from impact, collision, road debris, curb contact, improper installation, racing or track use, improper care, environmental exposure, neglect, normal wear and tear, or modification of the product.

Warranty claims are limited strictly to product repair or replacement at Vorsteiner's discretion. Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Labor or installation/removal charges
  • Mounting or balancing fees

Vorsteiner Technology

Not “Good Enough.” Engineered to Lead.

At Vorsteiner, “good enough” isn’t part of our vocabulary. Every aerodynamic component is engineered to push boundaries-not follow them. Using a state-of-the-art aerospace-grade autoclave process, our carbon fiber parts deliver exceptional rigidity, structural integrity, and surface finish.

The result? Aerodynamics that don’t just look advanced-they are advanced.

OEM Fitment

Factory Precision. Elevated Design.

Our proprietary manufacturing process allows for exceptional control over tolerances, fit, and finish. Each Vorsteiner component is engineered to align precisely with factory shut lines and body contours—delivering an installation experience that feels OEM, but looks unmistakably premium.

This isn’t “close enough” aftermarket fitment. This is carbon fiber that installs cleanly, fits perfectly, and elevates the vehicle’s design language.

Stronger and Lighter

Less weight. More strength. Zero compromise.

Vorsteiner components are manufactured using resin pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber—technology reserved for high-performance aerospace and motorsports applications. Compared to traditional wet-lay carbon fiber, this process produces parts that are 20–30% stiffer and stronger while eliminating unnecessary weight.

By vacuum-drawing excess resin during curing, we remove what doesn’t contribute to strength—resulting in lighter components without sacrificing rigidity or durability.
