The Vorsteiner V20 Hood is double-sided carbon fiber and features raised left and right vents to extract hot air out of the engine bay, finished in glossy 1x1 weave. The V20 program is Vorsteiner's modern redesign of its V-CSL Carbon Fiber Program for the BMW E46 M3, created to celebrate the company's 20th anniversary. It is a limited production run of 103 units, paying homage to the impressive horsepower per liter of the BMW E46 CSL.

Compared to traditional wet-lay carbon fiber, this process produces parts that are 20–30% stiffer and stronger while eliminating unnecessary weight.

By vacuum-drawing excess resin during curing, we remove what doesn’t contribute to strength—resulting in lighter components without sacrificing rigidity or durability.
