It's not just a relaunch; it's a celebration of our history and a tribute to the iconic BMW E46 CSL. In honor of our 20th anniversary, we're bringing back this legendary program in a limited production run of 103 units, paying homage to the impressive horsepower per liter that the BMW E46 CSL delivered. Please see the below outline of all the V-CSL Components. Each piece is crafted using our 1X1 Weaved Pre-Preg Autoclaved Carbon Fiber and produced at our California facility.

Vorsteiner components are manufactured using resin pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber—technology reserved for high-performance aerospace and motorsports applications. Compared to traditional wet-lay carbon fiber, this process produces parts that are 20–30% stiffer and stronger while eliminating unnecessary weight.

By vacuum-drawing excess resin during curing, we remove what doesn’t contribute to strength—resulting in lighter components without sacrificing rigidity or durability.
