Vorsteiner offers limited price adjustments on recent purchases to ensure fairness for customers while protecting pricing integrity during promotional events.

Because our products are premium, high-ticket, and often purchased after extensive research, promotions are not retroactive by default. However, we provide a structured adjustment window for qualifying purchases made shortly before a promotion begins.

This policy applies to all promotional pricing, including but not limited to sitewide sales, limited-time offers, and special discounts.

Tiered Price Adjustment Policy (3–7 Days)

Purchases Made 0–3 Days Before a Promotion

  • Eligible for a full price adjustment

  • Adjustment will be issued to the original payment method

  • Request must be submitted within the adjustment window

Purchases Made 4–7 Days Before a Promotion

  • Eligible for a store credit equal to the price difference

  • Store credit does not expire and may be used on future purchases

  • No cash or card refunds will be issued for this tier

Purchases Made More Than 7 Days Before a Promotion

  • Not eligible for retroactive price adjustments

  • Any exception beyond this window is handled at customer service discretion and is not guaranteed

Important Conditions

  • Price adjustments apply only to identical products (same SKU, finish, size, and configuration)

  • Promotions cannot be combined or stacked

  • Clearance items, final sale items, and limited-quantity releases are not eligible

  • Orders that have shipped or been delivered are still subject to the same time-based eligibility

  • Adjustment requests must be submitted within the applicable window; late requests will not be honored

  • Remain fair to customers who purchase immediately before a promotion

  • Prevent retroactive discounting from becoming an expectation

  • Protect pricing integrity during high-impact sales
