This process produces components that are approximately 20–30% stiffer and stronger than traditional wet-lay carbon fiber while minimizing unnecessary weight.

By combining unidirectional, 1x1, and 2x2 carbon fiber weaves, VRS achieves the ideal balance of strength, rigidity, and lightweight performance. Vacuum-forming removes excess resin, resulting in exceptional fit, finish, and precise alignment with factory body lines.
