The brand new "Don" is our first wheel to come out of our fully forged UTV wheel series. The Don combines our distinct and innovative design methods with the busy and rugged styling of traditional UTV wheels. Our engineers have utilized the design elements to create a fully forged and true bead lock wheel for the UTV market.

Vorsteiner components are manufactured using resin pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber—technology reserved for high-performance aerospace and motorsports applications. Compared to traditional wet-lay carbon fiber, this process produces parts that are 20–30% stiffer and stronger while eliminating unnecessary weight.

By vacuum-drawing excess resin during curing, we remove what doesn’t contribute to strength—resulting in lighter components without sacrificing rigidity or durability.
