Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective or damaged products only.
We charge 25% restocking fee.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
We do not accept returns for:
- Non-defective items (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of mind, etc.)
- Hazardous goods

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email sales@vorsteiner.com for approval and instructions.

Return Process

Contact us at sales@vorsteiner.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will confirm eligibility and provide a return authorization (RMA) number.

Ship the approved item back to the return address above.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Shipping Recommendations
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Vorsteiner is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Gift Returns
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it’s received.
If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
