2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void in New York, Florida, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.
Employees, contractors, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members are not eligible to participate.
3. Agreement to Rules
By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all Giveaway matters. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant found tampering with the process or violating these Rules.
4. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on November 4, 2025 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on November 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST (the “Entry Period”).
The Giveaway coincides with the SEMA Show, held November 4 – 7, 2025 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
Enter by visiting https://vorsteiner.com/pages/sema-2025-giveaway and submitting the required entry form with your first name, last name, email, and phone number.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
6. Prizes
Three (3) winners will be selected to receive the following prizes:

Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.
Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and any expenses not expressly included as part of the prize.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor within seven (7) days after the SEMA Show concludes.
Winners will be notified by email or phone using the contact information provided.
If a winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
9. Rights Granted by Entrant
By entering, participants grant the Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, image, and statements for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. Terms & Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond its control impair its integrity or proper functioning.
Sponsor may disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Vorsteiner Group, Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from any claims or damages arising from participation or acceptance of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical issues that affect participation.
12. Disputes
This Giveaway is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
All disputes shall be resolved individually (without class actions) in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orange County, California.
Entrants waive the right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
